Our croquembouche is made as a tower of small “choux” or profiteroles.
Each choux is filled with vanilla custard cream with toffee on top.
 
It is possibly the most famous french celebration cake.
We do have different cream filling available if you prefer something different as chocolate, or even fruity custard.
 
We recommend 2-3 each per person
