A base of joconde, soaked in fresh espresso syrup. Layered with white chocolate and coffee whipped ganache, alternating with dark chocolate Valhona mousse. Finished with a chocolate glaze and decoration.

Mont Blanc

An hazelnut dacquoise, a chestnut mousse and a blueberries cream.

Raspberry Cheesecake

A light and fluffy cheesecake mousse, scattered with fresh raspberries inside and on top. Hand-piped peaks of whipped vanilla ganache complete this classic cake.

Saint Honoré

The st Honoré cake is a famous dessert named for the french patron saint of bakers.
This classic cake is made on a puff pastry base with some profiteroles dipped in toffee caramel around.
The base and the profiteroles are filled with custard cream and finished with whipped cream called chantilly.


Chocolate cake

Our Tutti Frutti cake is made with two layers of almond sponge, a rich vanilla cream with a variety of fresh seasonal fruits such kiwi, strawberry, lychee, peach, raspberries, blueberries.

Multi-tier cake - 3 Tiered Barely Naked Wedding Cake

More than 1 tier of cake stacked on top of each other. These can be created as a naked, buttercream, or fondant design. Due to the huge variation of sizes and designs, these cakes are priced individually.

Milles Feuilles

Layers of delicate French butter puff pastry and vanilla crème patisserie, caramelized puff pastry on top, decorated with fresh fruit.

Chocolate Mille Feuille (VG)

Mille Feuille is a French classic pastry.
Made with 3 layers of caramelised puff pastry & a light smooth chocolate cream in between.
Decorate with fresh fruits.


$150 (2-3 profiteroles per person.)

Our croquembouche is made with a quantity of small profiteroles.
Each profiteroles is filled with vanilla custard cream and toffee on top.
It is possibly the most famous French celebration cake.
