Expansive, mineral-driven citrus and orchard fruit scents are complemented by anise, honey, and buttered toast, along with a hint of a peach pit. Packs a solid punch but comes off lithe and precise, with mineral-laced blood orange and quince flavors and a deeper suggestion of fresh fig. Closes on a spicy note, with repeating minerality and very good persistence.
